Guardian account

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and have authority to create the family account and provide the child information you add. You are responsible for account security, family access, and keeping account details accurate.

What Duogrow provides

Duogrow turns guardian-provided school information into plain-language explanations, goals, missions, practice, and progress views. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Always compare it with the original report and ask the school or an appropriate professional when a decision matters.

Duogrow does not guarantee grades, learning outcomes, school placement, admission, or professional advice.

Family content and permissions

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give Duogrow the limited permission needed to store, process, transform, and display it to provide the service. You must have the right to upload it and must not use Duogrow to violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Child profiles and learning content are private by default. A guardian controls invitations and sharing with family members, teachers, tutors, or schools.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe another tenant, bypass access controls, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person, scrape private content, or use Duogrow to harm, exploit, or profile a child. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect children, families, the service, or the law.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans, prices, trial terms, renewal timing, and included features are shown before purchase. iOS purchases are billed and managed through Apple StoreKit. Eligible web purchases may be processed through Airwallex or Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally create a refund for an already billed period; the applicable store or payment-provider rules govern refunds.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Duogrow reliable, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or withdrawn. Features may be introduced gradually or disabled to protect families and service integrity. We may update these terms and will provide notice where required.

Ending use

A guardian can request export or deletion from Settings & plan → Privacy & data. We may suspend or end access for serious misuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal necessity. Provisions that must logically continue, including payment, intellectual-property, liability, and legal terms, survive termination.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Duogrow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for decisions made without checking the original school evidence.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Contact admin@duogrow.ai before starting a dispute so we can try to resolve it promptly.
