Privacy choices
The controls a guardian can use for family information in Duogrow.

Export family data
Open Settings & plan → Privacy & data and choose Request data export. The verified workflow prepares a secure, expiring download rather than exposing a permanent public file.
Delete the account
Open Settings & plan → Privacy & data and choose Delete account. Duogrow confirms the scope before starting a verified deletion request. Minimum legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained where required.
Control sharing and validation
A guardian controls family invitations, portfolio visibility, and any selected evidence sent to a teacher, tutor, or school. Raw reports are not automatically made public. Revoke access that is no longer needed.
Notifications, analytics, and AI memory
Use device settings and Duogrow preferences to manage notifications. Duogrow's production analytics are designed to omit raw child reports and private media; advertising tracking is not used. Where AI memory is enabled, the guardian can choose 1 to 90 days, with a default of 30 days.
When you cannot sign in
Email admin@duogrow.ai from the guardian address associated with the account. State the privacy choice you want to exercise, but do not attach a report, password, one-time code, or private upload link.
